REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
1. For exchanges, write on the packing slip what you wish to exchange the returned jewelry with. You will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry and then charged for the replacement jewelry. Make sure to include the jewelry item name, number and price.
2. Please write the reason for your return on the packing slip that was sent with your order.
3. Repack the jewelry in the original packing materials and mail in a protective package. We are unable to issue refunds for lost or damaged items due to unsecure packaging. Hollywoodlux.com will not be responsible for lost or damage of return shipments.Please note that tags are attached to jewelry in such a way as to be able to try on jewelry without removing tag. Removal of the tag indicates you have inspected and/or tried on the jewelry and are pleased with the item.
4. Write the word "Exchange or Return" on the outside of return package. You may return or exchange within 30 days of purchase any item you are not satisfied with. Jewelry that is on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. When we receive your returned jewelry, it will be processed within 5 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Credits to credit cards may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Shipping charges will only be credited if the error was on our part and sent First Class Mail. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order and your return drops the total of your order below that amount, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order and your return drops the total of your order below the free gift amount,at our descretion we may ask that you return the gift. In the event we ask you to return the gift and you want to purchase the item we will extend that option and email you the cost of item.
